Originally from California, Terrie began her real estate career in
Cambridge after relocating from Hollywood, in 1990. Before her move, she
owned and operated a desktop publishing firm on Wilshire Boulevard.
Terrie married Bill Hayden in 1997. They purchased and lived in a two-family
home in Watertown and now maintain it as an income property. They
currently live in their own single family near Bentley College with their
chocolate Labrador dog named Fraser!
Terrie’s real estate clients appreciate her enthusiasm, organizational
skills and her positive approach to homeownership. She has extensive
knowledge of condominium conversion and new construction with several
developers as clients. Her market area includes Cambridge, Somerville,
Arlington, Watertown, and Belmont.
Terrie Hayden joined RE/MAX Destiny in 2001, after 11 years in sales,
marketing and operations management at a competitive real estate office
in Cambridge. She ranked #6 in all of ReMax New England in Dec 2005. In
2005, she participated in over 40 transactions with sales of over $10
million! Terrie splits her business 50/50 with sellers and buyers.
